Coordinated Intake and Referral Updates
Focus Groups. We have held multiple focus groups since March. Our earlier focus groups were with existing networks’ intake staff to learn more about their intake best practices. Most recently, during the middle of June, we held focus groups with community members. Our research partner, NPC Research, partnered with six organizations, including Mamatoto Village, Horton’s Kids, My Sister’s Place, The Smith Center, Food and Friends, and Catholic Charities, to host these focus groups. Clients from each organization participated in these discussions to discuss how Coordinated Intake and Referral can be designed to maximize access and benefit.
Job Opening. The CIR program manager position has received a number of quality applications, and we are scheduled to begin interviews soon. As we conduct these interviews, we continue to accept applications for the position. The CIR Program Manager is the individual who will lead and manage the CIR System. You can learn more about the position here.
