Sponsor Avenues to Justice, June 25
Avenues to Justice is less than two months away! The DC Bar Foundation's Young Lawyers Network Leadership Council aims to raise $73,500 through this year's event, which will explore the transformative power of technology to enhance the efficiency, reach, and impact of civil legal aid organizations, while also highlighting the importance of thoughtful and responsible implementation to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
This year’s keynote speaker is Rachel Rossi, former director of the DOJ’s Office of Access to Justice and a dedicated advocate for equal justice. The program will also feature an expert panelist discussion about emerging technologies and their impact on civil legal services in the District and beyond. Panelists will be announced in the coming months. We are over 33% of the way to our fundraising goal. Will you help us get there? Corporate and individual sponsorships are available at varying levels. Click here to learn more.
Save the Date: DC Walk for Justice 5K is on October 23!
The DC Bar Foundation’s second DC Walk for Justice 5K will take place on Thursday, October 23 at Nationals Park. Please mark your calendars and stay tuned for more information about registration later this spring.
This year, we aim to raise $325,000 for the District’s pressing civil legal needs. By supporting a network of legal aid providers, the Foundation helps more than 30,000 District residents each year secure the fundamentals of life – the roof over your head, family stability, personal safety, and financial sustainability.
By sponsoring this event, you will foster closer ties with the community, create a tangible and lasting social impact, and position your organization as a leader in promoting public safety and wellbeing for District residents. You will also make your employees proud to be connected to a justice-minded workplace.
There are several corporate sponsor tiers with varying benefits sure to fit your company or firm's needs. Visit our event page to learn more.
