Recently, federal student loan servicers replaced the Loan ID numbers with 10-character Account Numbers assigned to individual student loan borrowers. This change has caused some delays in the crediting of payments by student loan servicers even though the timing of loan payments through the Fosterus system has not changed. DCBF understands that the longer processing time may be nerve-wracking for LRAP participants. If you have questions, please email LRAP@dcbarfoundation.org.
Important Reminder
Employers need to submit updated Employee Eligibility Files by the 10th of the month to LRAP@dcbarfoundation.org or confirm no changes. For more information on the process, please refer to the Helpful Links below.

DCBF will use the information employers provide in the Excel file to invite each eligible attorney to register in our LRAP portal to complete the enrollment process.
