ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Advisory Committee provides advice and guidance to the DC Bar Foundation on matters related to the Foundation’s mission to fund, support, and improve the civil legal aid network of the District of Columbia. 

​

The Committee is composed of strategic thought leaders with a desire to share their expertise on issues related to programs, evaluation, and development. Membership is open to Members of the District of Columbia Bar in good standing, as well as other members of the DC community who support the Foundation’s mission.

​

The Committee meets three times a year. In addition to providing strategic guidance to the Foundation, Committee members are expected to make a personally significant contribution each year.

​

We are looking for additional members who bring experience in areas including communications, network building, fundraising, technology, and monitoring and evaluation.
