Letter from the Executive Director

This month has seen a wonderful outpouring of support from you, DC’s civil legal aid community. Thanks to all who came to (and sang at!) DCBF’s first Lip Sync for Justice on November 3rd, and especially thank you to the 63 workplaces who participated in 2016’s Go Casual for Justice!

Now, as we get ready for our annual Call to Action, your help in raising money as a community will provide the legal help that can make all the difference in life’s most pivotal moments for the nearly 110,000 DC residents in poverty. Access to justice should not be conditional.

Sincerely,

Kirra L. Jarratt, Executive Director
