Vicki Sussman, Director of Operations

Vicki Sussman joined the DC Bar Foundation in March 2021 as the Director of Operations. She has over 20 years of experience in grants management, grantmaking, and administration in nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and state government. Previously, Vicki worked with the American Heart Association, Cornell University, and Case Western Reserve University, among others. She is delighted to be working with an organization whose goal is to work towards equitable justice for DC residents and that is committed to racial equity.

Vicki earned her B.A. from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, and both her M.A. in sociology and her J.D. from The Ohio State University.

Vicki resides in Washington, DC. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, two dogs, and a cat; reading, and going for long walks just about anywhere.
