Users Needed for CIR Testing

The DC Bar Foundation is ready to enter the next phase of developing a Coordinated Intake and Referral System for all areas of civil legal aid in DC. Community input is vital to this effort. As such, we are currently looking for DC Residents to help us test and evaluate the system and give input on how it works.

What you need to know about being a tester for the Coordinated Intake and Referral System:

  • Testing will be at a metro-accessible location in DC. All user-testing sessions are in person only.

  • Testing will take approximately one hour.

  • You will use the system to try and find legal help, and we will watch your activity.

  • We will find ways to make the system easier to use.

  • Selected participants will receive a gift card at the end of the testing.

  • Testing is scheduled for late January and early February. Specific dates and times will be given if you are selected as a participant.

If you are interested in being a participant, fill out the online form. Please note: Signing up does not guarantee that you will be selected. If selected, you will receive an email in the coming weeks. If you are not selected, you may receive an email at a later date for other chances to participate.

Thank you for your interest in helping us build the Coordinated Intake and Referral System. Our goal is to ensure that this system is user-centered, and your participation will help us make that happen.

If you have any questions, please email the DC Bar Foundation at innovation@dcbarfoundation.org.
