DCBF Seeks Candidates for Board of Directors

The DC Bar Foundation (DCBF) is seeking candidates for our Board of Directors for three-year terms, from October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2025. In addition to our commitment to diversifying our Board, DCBF seeks candidates with skill sets that support our strategic vision and five accompanying strategies. Preferred applicants should demonstrate a commitment to racial equity and familiarity with the DC legal aid community, as well as experience in network development, fundraising, participatory grantmaking, or research and evaluation.

DC Bar membership is not required. The deadline to apply for these vacancies is March 1, 2022. Appointments to the DCBF Board of Directors will be made in September. All applicants will be notified regarding the status of their applications shortly after that.
