Gloria Hames, Special Assistant to the CEO

Gloria Hames joined DC Bar Foundation in August 2021 as the Special Assistant to the CEO. She has years of experience supporting leaders in all aspects of strategic planning. During her time as Director of Operations & Strategy, she was responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations for 4 locations that included managing a 2.1-million-dollar budget, redesigning operational systems for quality effectiveness, and facilitating local and national new hire experience. Gloria is the Founder/CEO of VisionKey Consulting, LLC, an executive operations company that helps nonprofits in all areas of operations and governance.

Gloria is completing her studies in Human Resource Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus and holds a Talent Optimization certification from The Predictive Index.

Gloria enjoys spending time with her family and participating in community service opportunities with her sorority.
