Berlaunder M. Barnes, Programs Manager

Berlaunder brings more than 30 years of business development, administrative and operational management. Berlaunder joined DCBF in July 2019 with an extensive career in budget management, contract negotiation, relationship building, and project and facilities management in the private and public sectors. “By managing the operational and administrative minutia, I make it possible for DCBF to focus on the mission of investing in justice.” Berlaunder believes that justice should be “equal and empathetic” in ensuring that the civil justice system works for everyone. Berlaunder received her Associate in Science in Business Administration and her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from The Pennsylvania State University.
