DC Legal Aid Transformations Network Quarterly Meeting

On December 15th, we look forward to bringing the DC Legal Aid Transformations Network back together for a half-day gathering to keep our fires lit and wells full. In addition to sharing updates and opportunities, we will welcome guests Tanya Tucker and Sandy Ambrozy from the Full Frame Initiative (FFI). They will share the work and aspirations of The Wellbeing Blueprint – a framework designed to help us transform the civil legal aid network to advance equity and justice. This Blueprint is based on six principles that assert that widening access to wellbeing is at the center of promoting a more just civil legal system. FFI will also explore possibilities with our civil/legal aid community with respect to a new resource, “Justice Determinants of Wellbeing.” We will also be joined by our facilitators from the Interaction Institute for Social Change, Kelly Bates and Curtis Ogden, as we interactively weave and strengthen our connections and collective potential. Continuing to gather as network members is crucial, and we thank you for your commitment to our cause.
