Vida Haynes, Executive Assistant to the CEO

Vida serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at the DC Bar Foundation, bringing over a decade of experience in executive support, operations, and strategic coordination within the nonprofit and public sectors. In her role, she manages the CEO’s schedule, facilitates board relations, and oversees special projects that advance the Foundation’s mission to strengthen civil legal aid in the District.

 

Prior to joining the Foundation, Vida held senior administrative positions where she led initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and foster inclusive workplace cultures. She is known for her proactive approach, strong communication skills, and ability to anticipate the needs of leadership teams.

 

Vida is currently pursuing coursework in Human Resources Management and continues to build on her professional development in compliance, cultural change, and facilitation. She is passionate about supporting organizations that expand access to critical resources and opportunities for underserved communities.
