DCBF has partnered with Fosterus, a non-profit established to assist with the administration of LRAP programs. On a monthly basis, we ask employers to provide the names of new employees who may be eligible, and Fosterus reaches out to those individuals with a request to enroll. Please contact your employer to see if your information has been sent to DCBF.
Starting in January of 2022, the determination of eligibility for LRAP awards will be made on a rolling basis. LRAP-eligible attorneys will no longer have to wait for an annual LRAP application period in October, nor will they have to wait until the following January to receive awards.
