CIR System User Testing
User testing for the Coordinated Intake and Referral System will take place in late February and early March. Two sets of system testers (DC residents and intake workers) will walk through the system and experience what it feels like to use it as a resident looking for legal aid help or a navigator going through the intake process. Their feedback will help inform decisions about what needs to be fixed, improved, or added to make the system more functional for all users.

Save the date for the next CIR Q&A on Wednesday, February 15, from 2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. During this time the CIR project team will answer your questions about Coordinated Intake and Referral. We encourage you to read through the community member report and the legal services providers and allied organizations report. You can also check out the CIR timeline for progress on the project.
