LRAP applicants must be employed with a DC-based, non-profit, tax-exempt charitable organization that provides civil legal services to the District’s low-income or underserved residents and that is eligible for funding from the DC Bar Foundation. The application period to be added to the 2016 LRAP Eligible Employer List is closed. The process for becoming an eligible employer for 2017 LRAP will open in the fall of 2016. For reference, the 2016 LRAP eligible employer application is here*.
