FY 2012 Reporting Forms and Deadlines for Grantees
Access to Justice - Public Grantees
Organizations that receive funding through the publicly-funded Access to Justice Grant program are required to provide quarterly financial reports and semi-annual programmatic reports. The FY12 reporting deadlines and forms are listed below.
FY 2012 Access to Justice (public) Grantee Reports are due:
- 1st Quarter Financial Report - 8/31/12
- 2rd Quarter Financial Report and Semi-annual Programmatic Report - 11/30/12
- 3rd Quarter Financial Report - 2/28/13
- 4th Quarter/Year-end Financial Report and Final Programmatic Report - 5/30/13

DC Legal Services - Private/IOLTA Grantees
Organizations that receive IOLTA/ Foundation funding are required to provide substantive mid-year and year-end reports on their accomplishments and the use of Bar Foundation funds. The FY12 reporting deadlines and forms are listed below.
FY 2012 DC Legal Services (Private/IOLTA) Grantee Reports are due:
- Mid-year reports - 1/18/13
- Year-end reports - 7/31/13
